Day 12 – January 3, 2014 – San Francisco View.

Was across from AT&T Park this afternoon, picnicking in China Basin Park, thought I shouldn’t shoot trees or the sun.  I like the perspective in this one, as well as the shine on the water.

Day 11 – January 2, 2014 – Red Leaves & Berries.

Out on a walk in the neighborhood (geocaching with my husband and best friend), captured this one.  Accidental bokeh reflection of the sunset on the berries in the background was a bonus!

Day 10 – January 1, 2014 – Happy New Year!  

Captured this while hiking in Annadel with family.  Tweaked the contrast and exposure in Lightroom to create an intense image.  I like to think of this as the light of the beginning of an awesome year.  Ever growing, ever illuminating new possibilities.  Enjoy!

Day 9 – December 31, 2013 – Bokeh and Poinsettia.

Since we didn’t decorate this year because of travel, I was glad to see that I still had a chance to play with bokeh.  New Year’s Eve wine tasting at Hanna Winery gave me this opportunity.  I like the luminescence of the poinsettia.  

Day 8 – December 30, 2013 – View from our patio.

Couldn’t resist shooting these clouds.  Learning that this 365 is not going to be easy.  Have to build a routine, and carry my camera everywhere.  

Day 7 – December 29, 2013 – Moon and Stars.

The only picture I managed to grab this day.  14 hours driving home, but I like it.  Could have done way better with a tripod, but no time. Back to reality!

Day 6 – December 28, 2013 – View from the top of Cathedral Rock.

Here are the promised red rock formations.  Amazing day hiking and discovering geocaching!

Day 5 – December 27, 2013 – Sunrise over Sedona.

Again, I seem to focus on the sun instead of the mountains… oh well, mountains to come I promise! I love the starbursts.

Day 4 – December 26, 2013 – Bengal Tiger – Out of Africa Wild Animal Park.

Great day, ziplining to start, then walking through the park to check out the animals.  I love this shot, want to figure out how to get rid of the chain-link fence in the background….

Day 3 – December 25, 2013, mountain biking in Sedona.

Will have to figure out how to take my mind off the fun of biking to capture more images!  This is the only picture I took the entire day, so it will have to suffice.
